A Beautiful January Day...

G'pa and g'ma Dove came to visit in January, and it was a beautiful weekend! It was a Saturday in the 50's/60's, so my mom and I took my niece, Caidyn and Powell to the playground at a nearby school to enjoy being outside in some nice weather. Powell loved the swing that was there, and as I was pushing him in it, he slid further and further down (in a most relaxed state). He did not want to get off. We then headed to the Corner Bakery Cafe for some lunch. It was quite enjoyable, and the food was delish! We ended up getting a jumbo cookie to share for dessert. Powell thoroughly enjoyed it. He took quite a big bite of his portion and we got some funny shots of him trying to chew the thing.
The last picture in the slide is of Powell serving up Elmo, George and his teddy bear. He would slap the spoon on their plates a couple of times like you would serve mashed potatoes or something, then he would go around and "feed" it to them. He would give each one a couple of bites, and then take a bite for himself. Such a little imagination. I love my little man.
