The babies on Thanksgiving morning.
We were supposed to head up to the family cabin for Thanksgiving with Matt's side of the family (minus his sister and her family), but alas, the children and myself had colds. We did not want to chance another out-of-network croup incident (see
Poop...I Mean Croup), and in the mountains none-the-less, so we stayed in town. It was a very impromptu meal since we only had some of the fixin's for the meal. We were just going to run to the store and grab a rotisserie chicken and then make the stuffing, yam bake, cranberry sauce and some rolls. My brother, Josh, came to the rescue when he brought us their ham. So instead of the chicken, we had the ham and the rest of the sides. It was very nice despite the fact that we weren't with the rest of the family. We are so thankful for all of the people in our lives and hope that everyone else had a blessed day! I will leave you with a couple of pictures of Isabel in her 1st Thanksgiving attire. :)
